If you received an item in error, we will gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s). We will not refund for Express shipping charges.

*There are a few exceptions to the return policy:Labeled Horizontal Place Card Holders- All corks that we use are real factory second corks, meaning they are not bottle quality corks. For this reason they may have imperfections, be different sizes, and have faded printed. Because these are real corks that were intended to be used in real wines, there is no way to get perfect, real corks without contacting the winery itself. By purchasing these factory second corks and embracing these imperfections, you are also helping the environment by keeping these corks out of our landfills. We ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order. For this reason we will not exchange any labeled corks due to size, print quality or imperfections.
Custom and Personalized Place Card Holders – These place card holders are custom made only after your order was placed. Because of this reason, orders for these items cannot be refunded. We offer exchanges only to correct any spelling issues you may have. To ensure your satisfaction, please email us at info@corkeycreations.com if you have any questions prior to placing your order. We will not honor any exchange due to type of cork used, darkness of printing, layout of printing, font used, and size of cork. Cork is a natural resource and accepts ink in different ways and the natural colors of the cork may cause the printing to look different on a few pieces. We do our best to make sure all printing is as dark as possible, but if there are variations, it is due solely to the nature of the cork. You may want to keep this in mind when choosing your personalized text as larger text will always be easier to read.
Place cards (Guest Name and Guest Name/table #)- All place cards are printed in the format given. If you have purchased place cards and provided an excel or other document to be used to print the card info, we will use that document exactly as it is given. If you are worried that the printing of names may appear too small, please place names on two separate lines. We do not offer refunds because printing is too small (names being too long or 2 names on one line was indicated) or due to errors in the document provided.
Special-Order Items – These items are custom made to your specifications and because of this, orders for these items cannot be refunded once placed. To ensure your satisfaction, please email us at info@corkeycreations.com if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
Shipping
A majority of the time items are shipped using USPS Mail and will arrive according to the processing/shipping option you chose during the check out process.
For shipping to Canada, Australia, Ireland, UK, Germany and France, please select your country from the "Country" drop down menu (at the bottom of the address screen) and then input your address. This will prompt the international shipping options to appear on the follow page.
If you wish to ship outside the Continental United States or the countries listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@corkeycreations.com for a shipping quote and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
